We are seeking a fast-paced, results-driven Virtual Assistant with expertise in HighLevel CRM, workflow automation, and digital marketing. This is a hands-on role where you will help structure systems, build processes, and prepare the foundation for marketing growth. Be need someone who can hit the ground running, improve processes, document workflows, and execute setup tasks with precision.
CRM & Workflow Setup
- Finish building workflows and pipelines in HighLevel CRM
- Build subaccounts for ancillary businesses (trial phase before admin access)
- Organize, optimize, and document processes for repeatability
- Ensure seamless integration across tools and systems
Product & Content Support
- Set up new products and courses (digital and in-person)
- Prepare presentations, handouts, and supporting materials
- Maintain organized digital assets for easy access and updates
- Transition into marketing outreach once processes are running smoothly
- Support paid advertising campaigns in the future
- Assist in lead generation, email campaigns, and marketing automation
- Proven experience with HighLevel CRM (workflows, pipelines, subaccounts)
- Strong digital marketing knowledge (email campaigns, outreach, automation)
- Ability to manage multiple setup projects simultaneously
- Process-driven with excellent documentation skills
- Fast learner who can work independently and proactively
- Comfortable in a startup/fast-paced environment
