Our outbound infrastructure connects with contractors across the U.S. and generates discovery calls with business owners interested in learning about our growth system.
We are looking for experienced sales professionals to run discovery calls and close contractors into our partnership programs.
This is a commission-based role designed for closers who want large deal sizes and meaningful upside.
Partnership Programs
Contractors can join through monthly partnerships or annual growth partnerships.
Annual partnerships range between:
• $11,999
• $14,999
These programs give contractors full access to the Northstar growth system, including install demand generation, Google Business Profile optimization, service area SEO expansion, and conversion automation.
Commission Structure
Commission depends on the partnership tier sold.
Tier 1 – Monthly Partnership
$999 per month
20% commission
Tier 2 – Growth Partnership
$1,249 – $1,499 per month
25% commission
Tier 3 – Annual Growth Partnership
$11,999 – $14,999 annual contract
35% commission
Example:
$14,999 annual partnership
35% commission
= $5,249 commission on one deal
The Opportunity
Closers who perform well can build serious monthly income.
If you close one annual partnership per week, your commissions would look like this:
1 annual deal per week
≈ $20,000+ commission potential
That means a closer who performs consistently could realistically generate $20k+ monthly commissions while working with qualified discovery calls.
Responsibilities
• run discovery calls with contractors
• identify business needs and growth opportunities
• present the Northstar Growth System
• handle objections and questions from business owners
• close monthly and annual partnerships
• follow up with interested prospects
Baseline Expectations
Minimum baseline performance:
• attend scheduled discovery calls
• maintain professional communication with business owners
• close 2-4 clients per month minimum
Top performers typically close 6-8 clients per month as call volume increases.

Experience in B2B sales, contractor services, or marketing services is a strong advantage.
