You won't just be making noise; you are expected to deliver actual outcomes, specifically targeting 3+ sales per week. We are looking for a professional with a neutral English accent who can navigate high-pressure sales conversations, handle aggressive follow-ups, and manage the technical side of bookings. Performance is heavily rewarded with a $400 commission per sale and a scheduled base rate increase after 4–5 months.

  • Outbound Mastery: Conducting 300+ dials daily with the stamina to keep the same energy on the 1st call as the 300th.
  • GHL Pipeline Management: Expertly navigating GoHighLevel to move leads through stages, trigger automations, and manage calendars.
  • Aggressive Follow-Up: Implementing a "no lead left behind" policy, utilizing SMS and email follow-ups within GHL to revive cold prospects.
  • Strategic Bookings: Not just calling, but qualifying and securing firm appointments/sales that stick.
  • Linguistic Excellence: Maintaining a clear, neutral English accent to ensure seamless communication with Western markets and high-level decision-makers.
  • Proven Tenure: 3–4 years of verified experience in outbound cold calling and high-ticket sales.
  • GHL Savvy: Deep technical comfort with the GoHighLevel ecosystem (Workflows, Opportunities, and Reputation management).
  • Customer Success: Experience in customer-facing roles where booking and retention were key metrics.
