We’re hiring a **Healthcare Marketing Consultant **to perform deep marketing audits for clinics and, when needed, manage end-to-end execution (strategy → setup → optimization).
What you’ll do
- Run comprehensive audits across: website/landing pages, Google Business Profile (GBP/local SEO), Meta/Google Ads, tracking/attribution (GA4, Tag Manager, CallRail), SMS/WhatsApp flows, email, social, and lead handling.
- Map the patient journey; identify quick wins and scalable levers (speed-to-lead, show-rate, close-rate, high-ticket case mix).
- Build a clear 90-day growth plan (channels, offers, budgets, KPIs, timeline).
- Implement/oversee campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GBP, landing/booking systems (Calendly/online booking), SMS (Twilio/ClickSend/GHL), call flows (OpenPhone/CallRail), light automations (Zapier/Make).
- Install SOPs: lead response & multi-touch follow-up, rebooking, deposits/no-show policy, sales handoff.
- Own a weekly scorecard (lead → contact → show → offer → start) and run reviews.
- Ensure US-friendly compliance (consent, no PHI in email/DM, proper routing & logging).
You are
- A hands-on patient-acquisition operator with wins in chiro / med spa / dental.
- Numbers-driven (CPL, contact %, show %, close %, cost per start); can attribute results cleanly.
- Fluent with the tools above; strong at copy/offers, funnels, and practical QA on tracking.
