We’re looking for our first Head of Sales to help take anyIP to the next level. The ideal candidate has experience in the proxy SaaS industry, knows how to close large contracts, and is interested in building a team that will catapult us into a different stratosphere.

As our first senior sales hire, you'll be expected to:
- Develop and own our B2B sales strategy—starting with a focus on enterprise and high-volume clients
- Build and refine outbound and inbound sales processes, from lead generation to close
- Define ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles), messaging, playbooks, and CRM workflows (HubSpot)
- Qualify leads and run the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, proposal, close
- Track performance metrics and iterate based on data and feedback
- Collaborate closely with founders, ops, and marketing
- Grow the sales team as we scale
- 5+ years in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or technical services
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients
- Proven ability to close deals and build repeatable sales motions from scratch
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Bonus: understanding of technical audiences (scraping, APIs, proxies, infrastructure)
- Must be able to work within the Asia-Europe time zones
- Experience in early-stage or high-growth companies
- Familiarity with building GTM playbooks or sales enablement material
- Good finance skills to create sales-related budgets, including commission plans and bonus structures
