We're looking for a hands-on Head of Operations to work side by side with the CEO in running the business. This is an execution-focused role — you'll turn company priorities into action, keep cross-functional teams aligned, and make sure the right things get done, on time, at a high bar.
- Partner closely with the CEO on day-to-day business operations
- Translate company goals and leadership decisions into clear execution plans
- Oversee cross-functional operations across Product, Technology, Marketing, HR, and Project Management
- Keep teams aligned on priorities, timelines, ownership, and deliverables
- Build and improve company processes, workflows, and reporting systems
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive them to resolution
- Monitor execution and hold teams accountable for results
- Support business planning, resource allocation, and organizational decisions
- Improve communication and coordination across departments
- Help design scalable systems as Aurify grows
- Step in wherever needed to keep important initiatives moving
- Proven experience in operations leadership, ideally at a startup, SaaS, AI, tech, or digital product company
- Track record working closely with founders or CEOs
- Strong business judgment and the ability to operate independently
- Excellent execution, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong cross-functional leadership
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience building systems and processes from the ground up
- Strong communication skills and a high sense of accountability
- Experience working with remote and international teams is a plus
