This role focuses on building marketing funnels, optimizing campaigns, tracking key performance metrics, and aligning content and creative strategies with revenue objectives. The Head of Marketing ensures the business maximizes ARPPU, LTV, conversion rates, and reduces churn.

• Build monthly and quarterly marketing strategies for each model.
• Optimize funnels from acquisition → conversion → retention.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Manage pricing, promotions, A/B tests, and campaign frameworks.
• Align creative and content production with marketing goals.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Deliver weekly KPI reports with recommendations.

• Strong experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing.
• Proficient in analytics, dashboards, CRM systems, and reporting.
• Skilled in funnel building, A/B testing, and revenue optimization.
• Knowledge of subscription-based or creator monetization models.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
