We are looking for a Head of Lead Generation able to fully own and structure the prospecting department with high autonomy and accountability.

Main Mission

As Head of Lead Generation, you will be fully responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the prospecting system at NovaStudio.

You will work directly with the founder and ensure high-quality leads are delivered to the closing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage the prospecting CRM
  • Structure and manage the lead generation pipeline
  • Define and apply prospecting methods and strategies
  • Supervise and coordinate freelance prospectors
  • Ensure lead quality and proper qualification
  • Track prospecting KPIs and performance metrics
  • Provide clear and regular reporting
  • Continuously optimize scripts, processes, and workflows
  • Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to sales

⚠️ The CRM setup, structure, and management are the responsibility of the Head of Lead Generation.

Compensation

  • Freelance – 100% performance-based

  • No fixed compensation during the first 6 weeks

  • Earnings based solely on:

  • Prospecting performance

  • Deals closed from qualified leads

  • After the initial 6 weeks:

  • Potential evolution to fixed base + commissions based on results
