We are looking for a Head of Lead Generation able to fully own and structure the prospecting department with high autonomy and accountability.
Main Mission
As Head of Lead Generation, you will be fully responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the prospecting system at NovaStudio.
You will work directly with the founder and ensure high-quality leads are delivered to the closing team.

Compensation
Freelance – 100% performance-based
No fixed compensation during the first 6 weeks
Earnings based solely on:
Prospecting performance
Deals closed from qualified leads
After the initial 6 weeks:
Potential evolution to fixed base + commissions based on results
