- Plan and execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
- Write compelling copy for ads, landing pages, email campaigns, product onboarding, and social media.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, and marketing automation platforms to improve speed and performance.
- Analyze funnels, user behavior, conversion rates, cohorts, attribution, and campaign performance.
- Transform complex AI and blockchain concepts into simple, engaging messages for everyday users.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to improve user experience and drive sustainable growth.
- Proven experience in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, or Performance Marketing.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience with SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong analytical skills with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
- Experience using AI-powered tools and automation to improve marketing workflows.
- Self-motivated, creative, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote startup.
- Experience in AI, SaaS, FinTech, or Blockchain.
- Experience launching products, building communities, or creating viral growth campaigns.
- Familiarity with Reddit, X (Twitter), product-led growth, and growth loops.
