Job Description

As our KDP Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in creating visually stunning book covers and formatting interiors that captivate readers. This role offers flexible hours and is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in book design, particularly for the KDP platform.

Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching book covers that stand out in the Amazon marketplace.
• Format book interiors for both print and digital formats.
• Create marketing materials for social media and email campaigns.
• Ensure all designs meet KDP specifications and guidelines.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in book publishing or KDP.
• Proficiency in Canva or Adobe InDesign (InDesign experience is preferred for a higher pay rate).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating book cover design and interior formatting skills.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Pay Structure

• Canva experience: $1.75 - $2.50 per hour
• InDesign experience with book formatting and cover design expertise: $1.75 - $3.50 per hour
