We are a design and print shop that focuses on providing quality and timely design and print solutions to businesses and individuals in the Dallas Fortworth metroplex. Our services include digital printing on papers such as business cards, brochures, menu, post cards etc to wide format printing such as banners, signs, flags, posters, stickers, labels etc.

Graphic Designer role is responsible for creating and adapting artwork for digital and large-format print production, ensuring designs are visually strong and production-ready. You will collaborate closely with the customer service team and production team to ensure correct sizing, bleeds, safe areas, and specifications for print and finishing.

We are looking for a highly creative, motivated and self driven individual who can follow directions well, can use the creativity to produce designs. Producing visually appealing designs according to our clients need will be the primary role. Producing various templates as well as internal advertising and marketing materials will be the secondary role.

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Designing vector graphics and illustrations
  • Designing digital as well as wide format print ready designs such as business cards, brochures, banners and so on
  • Designing occasional and ceremony templates such as wedding, birthday, graduation etc
  • Designing unique logos and brand guides for various industry such as restaurants, real estate, salons etc
  • Collaborating with the current production and customer service team
  • Ensuring that all projects are completed on time by following the deadline priority guideline set by the production team

Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of adobe creative cloud especially illustrator and photoshop
  • Excel in Canva
  • Good written and spoken english
  • Knowledge of storefront, t-shit, cap, mugs etc mockups
  • A portfolio or past works showcasing experience in designing banners, business cards, social media content creation and logos
  • Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects preferred but not required
  • Must be available to work 40 hours per week Mon to Friday with your own equipment and setup
  • Must be able to join a 30 mins daily status update or task update

The ideal candidate must demonstrate that they are willing to grow, innovate and adapt with the rapidly changing graphic design industry. Skill tests, attitude and proficiency of the work will be taken into consideration.
