Shyft Media is a fast-growing creative marketing and automation agency based in Pennsylvania. We specialize in bold social media management, videography, content production, graphic design, and performance-driven ad strategies. We’re a down-to-earth, roll-up-our-sleeves kind of team that gets results for our clients without the fluff. Now, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring fresh ideas, strong visuals, and consistency across our projects.
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand designs for a wide variety of clients and internal Shyft Media projects. You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to produce graphics for social media, websites, paid ads, video assets, merchandise, and large-scale branding (murals, wraps, event signage, etc.).
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, is detail-oriented, and loves turning concepts into visuals that stop people from scrolling.
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print campaigns, including:
- Social media content (static posts, carousels, reels covers, stories)
- Paid advertising creatives (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Brand identity elements (logos, typography, color systems)
- Merch, packaging, signage, vehicle wraps, and murals
- Presentation decks, marketing PDFs, and proposals
- Collaborate with videographers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure cohesive visuals.
- Translate client briefs into compelling creative concepts.
- Stay current with design and social media trends to keep our content innovative.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain brand consistency across all Shyft Media and client deliverables.
- 2–4 years of professional design experience (agency experience a plus).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects a plus).
- Experience with Figma/Canva and other collaborative design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media formats and platform requirements.
- Ability to adapt design styles across different industries and client personalities.
- Solid knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Video editing/motion graphics experience is a bonus.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Portfolio that showcases a range of digital and print design work.
