Expert Google PPC Manager – Ongoing Testing, Segmentation & Reporting (Artificial Plants)
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Google Ads / PPC manager to work with our artificial plant business on a long-term basis. This role requires strategic oversight, weekly non-negotiable reporting, and continuous campaign testing – this is not a "set and forget" role.
You will be responsible for:
✅ Segmenting product groups within our range of artificial plants to ensure precise campaign targeting
✅ Weekly reporting with clear insights, data interpretation, and performance tracking (absolutely essential – no exceptions)
✅ Testing and refining creatives, including graphic-based ads (must be comfortable designing and implementing assets)
✅ Managing ongoing A/B testing of copy, assets, audiences, and strategies
✅ Creating and managing campaigns with ongoing optimizations – no one-size-fits-all max campaigns
✅ Collaborating with our team to align ad strategy with promotions and product launches
Requirements:
Proven experience in Google Ads / Google Shopping / Performance Max
Strong analytical and reporting skills – must provide weekly breakdowns
Graphic design experience or ability to create/edit simple ad creatives
Comfortable with data-driven testing and asset iteration
Must be reliable, accountable, and actively managing campaigns
Compensation:
💲 Hourly rate or monthly retainer – depending on the level of involvement and reporting/testing agreements.
We’re open to a structured working plan if you’re transparent, results-driven, and don’t just rely on automation.

You plan to “set and forget” Performance Max and let it run untouched
You don’t like doing reports or data reviews
You don’t test multiple ad creatives or hate analytics
📍 Location: Remote (Australia-based preferred, but open to global talent)
