We’re looking for an experienced PPC Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a Google Ads expert with proven experience managing eCommerce and lead generation campaigns for multiple clients.
You’ll take ownership of strategy, audits and performance optimisation while guiding team members who have limited Google Ads knowledge. This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced, results-driven digital agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Google Ads strategies for both eCommerce and lead generation clients.
- Conduct detailed account audits, identifying growth opportunities and optimisation gaps.
- Manage campaign setup, tracking, optimisation, and reporting end-to-end.
- Oversee budget pacing, bid management, and ROAS/CPL performance across accounts.
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients and internal team members.
- Support and train junior team members on Google Ads best practices.
- Implement tracking and event measurement via Google Tag Manager and GA4.
- Produce clear, insightful monthly reports that explain performance and next steps.
- Collaborate with creative, email and Meta Ads teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Stay up to date with new Google Ads features, tools, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years working in a marketing agency environment.
- Proven track record managing Google Ads accounts focused on eCommerce and lead generation.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Ads Editor
- Strong analytical ability with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken.
- Able to lead strategy and guide non-specialists confidently.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented; capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
