Are you a seasoned Google Ads Specialist with a proven track record of scaling e-commerce brands to six and seven figures in ad spend? We’re not just looking for someone to manage campaigns, we need a team player who can drive performance, scale fast, and maintain great ROAS for our clients.   • Develop & execute full-funnel strategies across Google Ads & YouTube for fast-growing online retail brands.
  • Manage, test, and optimise budgets to maximise performance.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to test new scaling strategies.
  • Stay updated with latest developments in Google's paid advertising ecosystem to allocate them in running campaigns.

This is a fully remote role, available on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 25 hours per week).

We offer two paths depending on your strengths and interests:

• A client-facing role with regular communication with brand owners and marketing teams.

• A backend role focused on continuous optimisations and timely report delivery.
