Go High Level Virtual Assistant (Automation & CRM Specialist)

Rate: $8/hour will increase to 10 after 2 months
We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with Go High Level expertise to support a growing solar installation and battery storage company in Australia. Key Responsibilities
β’ Manage and optimize the Go High Level (Agency Version) CRM platform
β’ Set up and maintain pipeline automations and workflows
β’ Configure automated task creation when deals move between pipeline stages
β’ Integrate and manage SMS and email communication systems
β’ Assist in building regional pipelines for multiple Australian territories
β’ Support the implementation of systems for sales teams and operations managers
β’ Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure workflows run efficiently
β’ Identify opportunities to improve automation, processes, and lead management
β’ Provide technical support and recommendations for improving CRM utilization.
Required Qualifications:
β’ 3β4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
β’ Strong hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL), including automations
β’ Experience with CRM pipeline setup and workflow automation
β’ Familiarity with email and SMS integrations
β’ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
β’ Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with international clients
β’ Experience supporting sales or service-based businesses is a plus
Preferred Skills:
β’ Experience working with automation tools and CRM systems
β’ Background in lead management, sales pipelines, or operations support
β’ Familiarity with solar, construction, or service-based industries is a plus
