German-Speaking Sales Partner (100% Provision, Remote) fixed price

We are AlpenAgent – a small but fast-growing AI automation agency based in Switzerland.

In short: we help companies automate processes and use AI effectively (Voice AI, automations, AI workflows).

Right now, we’re building a network of Sales Partners.

This is not a traditional fixed-salary position — it’s a pure performance-based opportunity.

You bring clients → you earn.

What you can expect:

• 15–20% commission per deal
• Project values between 2,000 and 10,000 CHF
• No earning cap – your income depends entirely on your results
• 100% remote and fully flexible

What we’re looking for:

• German (B2+ or fluent)
• Experience in sales / business development / closing deals
• Self-motivation (you don’t need someone to push you)
• Interest in AI is a plus, but not required

Important: you work completely independently — no fixed hours, no pressure, no traditional “job rules.”

• Already have business contacts
• Are already active in sales
• Or are simply skilled at closing deals
