About the Role
Cadre Crew is seeking General Virtual Assistants to support founders, consultants, and agency owners in running lean, high-growth businesses.
This is not a typical VA gig. You’ll join a managed Crew that owns outcomes — not just tasks — helping clients reclaim their time while you gain career-building expertise in business operations, client management, and automation tools.

What You’ll Do
Executive Support – Manage inboxes, calendars, travel planning, and client communications.
Project & Task Coordination – Oversee tasks, timelines, and deliverables across ClickUp, Notion, Trello, and Slack.
Process Documentation – Build and refine SOPs and workflows to create scalable systems.
CRM Management – Keep client pipelines fresh, follow up on leads, and nurture relationships.
Admin & Billing Support – Assist with invoices, vendor communications, and backend tasks.
Weekly Reporting – Deliver concise summaries of what’s working, what’s stuck, and what’s next.
Qualifications
1–2 years of VA, admin, or operations support experience (agency, startup, or consulting experience a plus).
Exceptional English communication skills (written & spoken).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with ClickUp, Notion, Slack, HubSpot, or GDrive preferred.
Comfortable working night shift (US time zones).
A self-starter who can take initiative, problem-solve, and anticipate client needs.
