Ratuza is an early-stage B2B Enterprise AI and Automation company focused on helping businesses modernize their operations, workflows, business processes, and knowledge systems through AI, automation, intelligent agents, and enterprise technology.
We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Specialist to help Ratuza identify and engage qualified investors and funding sources for an initial $10,000 funding requirement.
This is a remote, project-based role for someone with practical experience in startup fundraising, investor outreach, angel investors, private investors, strategic investors, or capital raising.
The main objective is to help Ratuza connect with relevant and qualified funding prospects and support the fundraising process from initial outreach through qualified investor conversations and successful funding.
Responsibilities:
• Identify qualified angel investors, private investors, and strategic funding sources • Research investors who are relevant to an early-stage Enterprise AI and Automation company • Conduct professional investor outreach • Build and maintain relationships with qualified funding prospects • Facilitate relevant investor introductions • Support follow-ups and investor communications • Coordinate with the Founder throughout the fundraising process • Maintain an organized record of prospects, outreach, responses, and opportunities • Represent Ratuza accurately and professionally
Requirements:
• Previous experience in startup fundraising, investor outreach, or capital raising • Experience working with angel investors, private investors, or strategic investors • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to identify qualified funding prospects rather than generic contact lists • Strong research and follow-up skills • Professional written and spoken English • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred:
• Existing relationships with qualified investors • Experience with U.S. or international investors • Experience working with technology, AI, SaaS, or other early-stage companies • A verifiable track record in fundraising or investor introductions
Important:
Ratuza is looking for genuine fundraising capability and qualified investor relationships. This is not a generic lead-generation or data-entry position.
The initial funding requirement is $10,000. Funding is not guaranteed, and all fundraising activities must be conducted professionally, accurately, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Compensation terms, including performance-based compensation where applicable, will be discussed and agreed in writing with the selected candidate before the engagement begins.
