As a Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in building, scaling, and refining our self-learning AI platform for underwater cameras. You’ll work remotely with the freedom to take ownership, solve problems as they arise, and leverage the latest technologies to deliver impactful solutions.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement frontend and backend components
• Integrate AI and data science models into production-ready solutions
• Continuously improve and modernize system architecture
• Proactively identify needs and take action without waiting for direction
• Work across the stack – from user-facing interfaces to backend pipelines and infrastructure

Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and initiative.
• “10× engineer” profile: self-driven, efficient, and able to deliver at high speed.
• Experienced in modern frameworks, cloud services, and full-stack development.
• Proficient in Python.
• Familiarity with computer vision frameworks (e.g., YOLO).
• Security clearance is a plus (NATO clearance is an advantage, but not location-specific).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to act independently.

Salary:

Up to $4,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
