The Role We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the "right hand" to operations, ensuring our executives maximize their productivity while you handle the administrative logistics. Key Responsibilities
- Complex Calendar Management: Masterfully organize schedules across multiple time zones, coordinate high-priority meetings, and ensure the leadership team stays on track.
- Inbox & Communication Mastery: Act as a gatekeeper for email inboxes, reducing clutter, drafting professional correspondence, and handling routine inquiries with polish and discretion.
- CRM & Data Integrity: Manage and audit client records within our CRM (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce) and maintain internal spreadsheets with impeccable accuracy.
- Travel & Logistics: Orchestrate end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight research, accommodation booking, and the creation of detailed itineraries.
Work Details:
- Location: 100% Remote.
- Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/wk).
