Full-Stack Developer – DearHiringManager.io (Remote) full time

DearHiringManager.io is a live SaaS product that helps job seekers find the real hiring manager behind any job posting. A user pastes a job listing URL and the system identifies the likely hiring manager, their work email, and LinkedIn profile.

The product is part of Karhuno Group's portfolio. We are looking for a full-stack developer to help us improve and grow it.

You will work directly with the founding team, ship fast, and have real ownership over a product with active users.

What you will work on:

• Build and improve the web app
• Work with job post parsing and company data
• Improve logic for identifying hiring managers
• Integrate contact enrichment APIs
• Work with AI prompts and structured outputs
• Improve user flows, payment logic, credits, and saved results
• Fix bugs and improve product reliability
