About the Role

We’re building a secure, intuitive platform that streamlines provider operations—including credentialing, licensing, and compliance. We’re looking for a full-stack developer who’s passionate about healthcare SaaS and can architect scalable, secure systems from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a modern, responsive frontend using React or Vue
  • Build and maintain backend APIs and services (Node.js, Python/Django, or similar)
  • Design secure workflows for credentialing and license management
  • Integrate with external APIs (e.g., CAQH, NPI Registry, state boards)
  • Implement role-based access control, audit logging, and reporting
  • Help shape product strategy and technical roadmap

You Have

  • 2- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
  • Strong knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and secure data practices
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset

Core Skills & Experience

  • Frontend: React.js, Vue.js, or Angular for a responsive, intuitive UI
  • Backend: Node.js, Python (Django or FastAPI), or Ruby on Rails for scalable APIs and business logic
  • Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB for handling structured provider data and credentialing records
  • DevOps & Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP for secure hosting, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure scalability
  • Security & Compliance: Experience with HIPAA, SOC 2, and secure data handling practices
  • Workflow Automation: Familiarity with tools like Temporal, Camunda, or custom logic engines for automating credentialing and monitoring workflows
