We’re hiring an experienced Full Stack Developer to build, maintain, and optimize websites and web applications across multiple brands. This role requires someone who can handle both front-end and back-end development, implement sites on platforms like Duda, Webflow, and WordPress, and ensure responsive, high-performing websites. You’ll collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams and take ownership of your work while following structured workflows.
Front-End Development
- Develop responsive, mobile-first pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms
- Implement designs from Figma or other tools into functional interfaces
- Optimize front-end performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to refine user experience
Back-End Development
- Build and maintain server-side logic and databases (where applicable)
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of websites and applications
- Integrate APIs and third-party tools as needed for campaigns or operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve back-end or CMS-related issues
CMS & Platform Work
- Build and maintain sites on Duda, Webflow, and WordPress
- Customize templates, themes, and plugins for client or campaign needs
- QA and optimize CMS-built pages for speed, responsiveness, and SEO
- Maintain organized project files, assets, and version control
Full Stack & Workflow
- Take projects from concept to deployment, handling both front-end and back-end tasks
- Maintain version control (Git/GitHub) and clean documentation
- Communicate progress and blockers clearly in Slack and Asana
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure correct implementation of designs and features
- CMS: Duda, Webflow, WordPress
- Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue (preferred)
- Back-end: Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, PHP, or similar
- Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Version control: Git / GitHub
- Design handoff: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Project management: Slack, Asana
- Hubstaff (required for time tracking)
