Novatech(https://novatechify.llc) is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to help us build and improve modern web applications. You will work across frontend and backend development, collaborating with designers, product team members, and other developers to turn ideas into reliable, user-friendly features.
This position is a good fit for someone who has practical programming experience and wants to continue developing their skills in a professional environment. We are not looking for someone who knows every framework or has an advanced degree. We care more about your ability to write thoughtful code, solve problems, communicate clearly, accept feedback, and learn quickly.
Programming experience may come from professional employment, freelance projects, internships, academic work, open-source contributions, coding bootcamps, or personal applications that you have built and can discuss.
Because English is the primary working language at Novatech, candidates must be comfortable using English in daily conversations, online meetings, written updates, technical discussions, and documentation.
Previous professional software-development experience is helpful, but it is not required. We will also consider candidates with strong personal projects, freelance experience, internships, open-source contributions, coding bootcamp experience, or relevant academic work.
Please submit the following:
In your introduction video, briefly introduce yourself, describe your programming experience, explain why you are interested in the role, and share what you are looking for in your next opportunity. The video should be recorded in English and may be shared through Loom, Google Drive, or another accessible platform.
Selected candidates may be invited to participate in an English-language interview, a practical technical conversation, or a reasonable coding exercise related to the work performed in this role. The purpose of the process is to understand how you approach problems, communicate decisions, and write code—not to test obscure algorithms or require unpaid production work.
