Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated End-to-End Recruiter to join our remote team and lead the full-cycle recruitment process for our growing insurance agency. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for both licensed agent roles and support positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Source high-quality candidates using job boards, social media, and direct outreach
- Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics in the applicant tracking system
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Familiarity with insurance industry roles and licensing requirements is a plus
