We are currently expanding our sales team and looking for freelance sales closers to support our launch phase.
Role
You will handle qualified leads only, generated by our prospecting team.
Your mission is to convert prospects into clients through structured sales calls.
Responsibilities
- Conduct closing calls with qualified prospects
- Understand client needs and challenges
- Present NovaStudio’s solutions clearly
- Close deals and secure agreements
- Ensure smooth onboarding with internal teams
- Update CRM and reporting tools
- Follow defined sales processes
Compensation
- Commission-only during the first 6 weeks
- Commission paid per closed client
- No commission cap
- No fixed salary initially
After 6 weeks:
- Potential transition to fixed base + commissions, depending on performance.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or closing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Reliable, disciplined, self-driven
- Freelance status required
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
