Hustlers Hub is looking for an experienced Influencer Scout to join our remote team!
Are you constantly discovering new creators before everyone else? Do you know how to find influencers on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms who actually fit a brand — not just creators with a big follower count?
Hustlers Hub is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Influencer Scout with 2+ years of relevant experience to help us identify and research potential influencers for brand campaigns.
Hustlers Hub is an influencer marketing agency that connects creators with brands. We help influencers monetize their platforms, secure brand partnerships, and grow their businesses.
- Scouting and identifying relevant influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube
- Finding creators based on specific niches, audiences, locations, follower ranges, engagement, and other campaign requirements
- Researching influencer profiles and evaluating whether they are a good fit
- Checking content quality, audience relevance, engagement, and overall creator potential
- Identifying emerging creators with strong growth potential
- Maintaining and updating influencer databases
- Collecting accurate creator information and organizing research in spreadsheets/databases
- Helping us build targeted lists of potential influencers for different campaigns
- Keeping up with new creators, trends, and changes across social media platforms
- 2+ years of experience in influencer scouting, influencer marketing, social media research, talent sourcing, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and influencer culture
- Excellent research and online investigation skills
- Ability to recognize quality creators and assess whether an influencer is genuinely relevant for a campaign
- Strong attention to detail — accurate information matters
- Good written and spoken English
- Highly organized and able to work independently
- Reliable and able to consistently meet deadlines
- Proactive mindset — we want someone who can find opportunities rather than simply wait for instructions
Bonus points if you have experience with influencer marketing agencies, creator databases, influencer discovery tools, or brand/influencer campaigns.
