Freelance Field Marketing (Philippines Based Region) hourly
Role Overview
- Manage integrated field marketing initiatives across Media, PR, Events, Telemarketing, and Market Research for the Philippines region.
- Drive end-to-end campaign delivery from planning to execution in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Act as key contact for clients and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, quality, and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multi-channel marketing projects (media, PR, events, telemarketing, research).
- Build project plans with milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for flawless execution.
- Serve as client-facing lead during project delivery, providing updates and alignment.
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
- Ensure delivery meets deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
- Support client onboarding and campaign kick-offs.
- Optimize processes and provide post-campaign performance insights.
Requirements
- 4+ years in project management within marketing/agency.
- Bachelor’s in PR, Marketing, Media, or related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing campaigns (Media, PR, Events, Telemarketing, Research).
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities.
- Familiar with project management tools (Monday, Wrike, Asana).
- Comfortable with cross-functional teamwork and vendor management.
- Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- B2B marketing experience is a plus.
