Role Overview

  • Manage integrated field marketing initiatives across Media, PR, Events, Telemarketing, and Market Research for the Philippines region.
  • Drive end-to-end campaign delivery from planning to execution in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Act as key contact for clients and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, quality, and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-channel marketing projects (media, PR, events, telemarketing, research).
  • Build project plans with milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for flawless execution.
  • Serve as client-facing lead during project delivery, providing updates and alignment.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
  • Ensure delivery meets deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Support client onboarding and campaign kick-offs.
  • Optimize processes and provide post-campaign performance insights.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in project management within marketing/agency.
  • Bachelor’s in PR, Marketing, Media, or related field.
  • Proven experience in field marketing campaigns (Media, PR, Events, Telemarketing, Research).
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities.
  • Familiar with project management tools (Monday, Wrike, Asana).
  • Comfortable with cross-functional teamwork and vendor management.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • B2B marketing experience is a plus.
