Freelance Customer Service Specialist full time

Are you someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and solving problems with ease? We are looking for a Freelance Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team at a leading Dutch education company, offering an hourly rate of €12.00–€14.00.

This is not a call center role: you will only support existing customers and play an important role in their learning experience.

🔎 Who are we looking for?

• You speak and write fluent Dutch (C2 level)
• You can work independently and remotely
• You are proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
