About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Part-Time Outbound Sales Representative / SDR / Enterprise Sales Executive to drive lead generation and business development efforts.
This is a remote, work-from-home role ideal for professionals looking for flexible hours while making a meaningful impact in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Research and identify potential enterprise customers and decision-makers.
Execute outbound sales strategies (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
Conduct market research to understand customer pain points and industry trends.
Sales Engagement & Pipeline Management
Initiate meaningful conversations to understand potential customer needs.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
Maintain and update CRM with prospect interactions and progress.
Relationship Building & Follow-Ups
Build rapport with prospects and nurture leads through follow-ups.
Provide potential clients with relevant sales materials and insights.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, or enterprise sales roles.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or enterprise solutions.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Prior experience in a commission-based or performance-driven sales role is beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling to enterprise clients in industries like BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.
Understanding of outbound sales automation tools (Apollo.io, Salesloft, Outreach).
Prior experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus.
