We're looking for a remote freelance collaborator to assist with client follow-up and communication support for a growing wellness and nutrition-focused brand.

Main Responsibilities:

• Respond to client messages using prepared communication templates
• Follow up with prospects via email or messaging tools
• Organize and maintain client contact records
• Support basic scheduling and onboarding coordination
• Share weekly updates on completed follow-ups and feedback

Ideal Profile:

• Clear, professional communication in English and/or French
• Organized, autonomous, and consistent in completing tasks
• Experience with email platforms, spreadsheets, or CRM tools is a plus
