We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support real estate private equity investments. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in financial modeling, underwriting, and investment analysis, who thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
You will play a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, preparing institutional-quality materials, and supporting internal systems and deal execution.
Investment Analysis & Underwriting
- Build and analyze complex financial models for real estate investments
- Conduct underwriting, scenario analysis, and return projections
- Evaluate risks, assumptions, and market data to support investment decisions
Investment Memos & Presentation Materials
- Prepare investment memos and deal summaries for internal and investor review
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations aligned with institutional standards
AI, Automation & Internal Systems
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and analysis
- Support the development and improvement of internal systems and processes
Deal & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during deal execution
- Assist in tracking pipeline, deadlines, and deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–5+ years of relevant experience in:
- Real estate private equity or investment analysis
- Investment banking and/or accounting
- Real estate advisory, development underwriting, or asset management
