Job Overview:
The AI/IT Assistant will manage AI technologies and IT systems, leading AI projects and overseeing IT infrastructure to support business growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions and maintain IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy AI solutions to automate tasks and improve decision-making.
- Develop automation workflows that integrate AI into everyday processes.
- Work with teams to ensure AI tools are running smoothly and adding value.
- Keep up with the latest AI tech and apply it to solve problems.
- Monitor AI systems and improve them over time.
- Experiment with new AI models and automation tools to drive innovation.
- Help the team with technical support on AI and automation projects.

Qualifications:
- Experience in AI or IT roles, including leading AI projects and automation efforts.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies like machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and basic IT systems.
- Proficient in programming languages like Python, Java, or similar, and familiar with AI frameworks.
- Understanding of data management and how to integrate AI into processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a tech-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in virtual settings.
- Ability to think both strategically and technically to solve complex issues.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple projects.

Working Hours:
- Full-Time
- 8 AM to 5 PM CST
