We help Christian entrepreneurs scale from $20-50K to $250K+ monthly revenue through operational excellence and AI-powered systems. We're looking for a Facebook Ads Media Buyer who can own the entire paid acquisition process from creative development to conversion optimization.
What You'll Do
You'll manage our Facebook advertising ecosystem end-to-end. This means developing ad creative and copy, building and managing campaigns in Ads Manager, analyzing performance data, and optimizing our funnels to maximize conversions and reduce cost per acquisition.
Your day-to-day will include writing hooks and scripts that stop the scroll, designing or directing visual assets, launching and testing ad variations, monitoring campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions to improve results. You'll also work closely with our team to ensure landing pages and funnels convert the traffic you're driving.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience running profitable Facebook ad campaigns with documented results. You understand the full funnel from ad click to conversion and can diagnose where drop-offs occur. You write compelling direct response copy and know what makes people take action. You're comfortable creating or directing creative assets including static images, carousels, and video ads.
Strong analytical skills are essential. You should be able to read campaign data, identify trends, and articulate why something is or isn't working.
GoHighLevel CRM experience is a plus. If you've built automations, managed pipelines, or integrated tracking within GHL, that's a significant advantage.
