We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy Social Media Virtual Assistant to manage automated multi-channel campaign posting and DM automation flows.
You will be responsible for setting up media-caption rotation pools, scheduling posts across Facebook Groups and personal timelines, maintaining UChat, ManyChat, or similar lead flows, and ensuring consistent follow-up automation.
- Social Scheduling & Asset Rotation: Manage, schedule, and bulk-publish daily content (images, videos, captions, and 1st-comment link triggers) using Metricool and Facebook Group posting tools.
- DM Automation & Chat Funnels: Monitor and manage automated Messenger flows built on ManyChat, UChat, or SendPulse.
- Lead Nudge & Workflow Tracking: Ensure smart delays, tags, dynamic links, and auto-reminder sequences execute properly without breaking.
- Content Management: Organize media libraries, caption blocks, and visual assets for multi-account or multi-campaign replication.
- System Testing & QA: Run periodic flow tests to ensure zero drop-off in automated lead responses.
- Creating New Content as needed using AI bots to create them.
- MUST HAVE proven experience managing multi-platform social scheduling via Metricool.
- MUST HAVE direct experience building or managing DM automation flows in ManyChat, UChat, or SendPulse.
- Experience with Facebook Group posting tools and bulk media asset rotation.
- Excellent written English, strong organization, and fast communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with time-tracking enabled.
- Pay Rate: $5.00 / hour
- Hours: 20 hours per week (Part-Time / Flexible)
