I am a real estate agent looking for a dedicated and skilled virtual assistant to help manage my daily administrative tasks and keep my business running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize my calendar, schedule appointments, and send reminders
  • Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with formatting and preparing documents, such as contracts, listings, and marketing materials
  • Maintain and update client database and CRM system
  • Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends
  • Assist with social media management and content creation
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Availability to work regular business hours Monday to Friday (10:30 AM - 2:30 PM CST)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred
