I am a real estate agent looking for a dedicated and skilled virtual assistant to help manage my daily administrative tasks and keep my business running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize my calendar, schedule appointments, and send reminders
- Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with formatting and preparing documents, such as contracts, listings, and marketing materials
- Maintain and update client database and CRM system
- Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends
- Assist with social media management and content creation
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability to work regular business hours Monday to Friday (10:30 AM - 2:30 PM CST)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred
