We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting US-based professionals, particularly Sales Directors, Freight Agents, and Licensed Customs Brokers. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the US talent market and experience finding qualified candidates for specialized roles, especially those requiring industry-specific knowledge, professional licenses, or onsite work in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit qualified US-based candidates for Sales Director, Freight Agent, and Licensed Customs Broker positions.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry networks, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
Verify relevant industry experience, qualifications, and required professional licenses.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment progress.
Qualifications:
Proven experience recruiting candidates for US-based positions.
Previous experience hiring Sales Directors, Freight Agents, and/or Licensed Customs Brokers.
Familiarity with the US freight, logistics, customs brokerage, or sales industries.
Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of the US recruitment market.
Excellent communication, screening, and candidate management skills.
Ability to handle specialized roles and meet recruitment targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for onsite positions in the United States.
Background in freight forwarding, logistics, customs brokerage, or B2B sales recruitment.
