We are a growing real estate and property development business based in Wisconsin. Our focus includes acquiring high quality residential properties, purchasing land, and developing new builds. We are now at a stage where we want to scale strategically and are looking for the right real estate professional to help us take the business to the next level. This is not a basic sourcing role. We are looking for someone who understands the Wisconsin real estate market and can bring insight, structure, and opportunity to our expansion plans.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced real estate professional with hands on knowledge of property acquisition, land sourcing, and development opportunities. You will work closely with us to identify strong investment opportunities, assess feasibility, and support long term growth decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source quality residential properties and development ready land in Wisconsin
• Identify off market or high potential opportunities
• Assist with due diligence, comps, zoning awareness, and feasibility insights
• Support land acquisition for building residential properties
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations
• Help shape acquisition and growth strategy as the business scales

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in real estate, property investment, or land acquisition
• Strong understanding of the Wisconsin real estate market
• Experience with land purchases and new build projects is highly preferred
• Someone who thinks like a partner, not just a contractor

Nice to Have

• Real estate license in Wisconsin
• Experience working with developers or investors and a network of local agents, wholesalers, or landowners
• Background in residential construction or development planning
