About the Role:

We are a fast-growing service business looking for a reliable, highly organized, and proactive Virtual Assistant based in Bangladesh to join our team long-term. In this role, you will act as the operational backbone of our daily business—managing administrative tasks, client correspondence, system updates, and scheduling.

​As we scale, you will have the opportunity to take on more leadership responsibilities and help manage and onboard future team members.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Administrative Support: Manage daily email correspondence, respond to client inquiries promptly, and maintain organized digital files.

​Operations & Scheduling: Coordinate and manage daily service schedules, assign tasks to field staff, and ensure calendars are perfectly synchronized.

​Data & System Management: Keep our CRM, invoicing systems, and project management tools accurate and fully up to date.

​Communication: Handle professional communication with clients, suppliers, and internal staff via email and integrated messaging systems.

​Special Projects: Assist with basic lead generation tracking, data verification, and standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation.

​Required Skills & Qualifications:

​Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an Operations Support role (experience with international clients is highly preferred).

​Tools: Proficient with professional business tools, CRM systems, and cloud-based software. Experience with project management platforms (like Trello or Asana) is a major plus.

​Communication: Exceptional written English skills with a professional, polite, and clear communication style.

​Reliability: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without constant supervision.

​Infrastructure: Must have a high-speed, stable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and a reliable power backup system (UPS/IPS) to ensure uninterrupted work during shift hours.
