We are seeking a high-energy, Creative Executive VA who isn’t just an assistant, but a brand advocate. You will be the driving force behind a major book launch (June 1st), acting as a "Book Publicist" to secure media appearances and partnerships. This role requires a blend of creative writing, strategic sales psychology, and SEO knowledge and Executive admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative PR & Sales Pitching: Don’t just send templates. You will creatively pitch the author to top-tier podcasts and media, using "sales-minded" copy to overcome gatekeepers and secure bookings.
- Book Launch SEO & Strategy: Conduct keyword research for Amazon/metadata and optimize the brand’s digital footprint to ensure the book is "searchable" globally.
- Partnership Building: Proactively identify and reach out to influencers, organizations, and faith-based or secular communities to build launch momentum.
- Publishing Project Management: Own the timeline leading up to the mid-May "Ready-to-Publish" goal, ensuring all creative assets and administrative tasks are synchronized.
- Knowledge in publishing in "Indie Bookstores and the like".
- Publishing & PR: Knowledge of Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, and PR outreach tools like PodMatch, MatchMaker.fm, or HARO (Help A Reporter Out).
- Sales & CRM: Proficiency in GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Pipedrive to track outreach leads.
- SEO Tools: Expertise in Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Keyword Planner.
- Project Management: Mastery of Asana, Trello, or ClickUp to manage the 8-week launch timeline.
Requirements:
- Sales/Persuasion Skills: Experience in sales, lead generation, or high-level PR pitching. You know how to "sell" a story.
- Creative Flair: Ability to think outside the box for marketing angles and outreach strategies.
- SEO & Tech Savvy: Proficient in SEO keyword research and digital marketing tools.
- Interfaith & Thematic Neutrality: Comfortable and respectful when engaging with diverse religious, spiritual, or secular topics.
- Emotional Resilience: Able to work with sensitive content (trauma, recovery, assault) with maturity and professionalism.
