Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, emails, and meetings
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Organize files and handle admin tasks
Coordinate travel and logistics
Support executives, clients, and internal teams
Assist with projects, follow-ups, and deadlines
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements:
Proven Admin/EA experience
Strong written and verbal English
Excellent organization and time management
Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Experience with CRM or project tools is a plus
Flexible with time zones (if needed)
