We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to handle calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling while supporting marketing efforts for ARIA Dental Education and ARIA Dental Studio. Responsibilities include managing sales leads, creating website content, writing blogs, and developing promotional materials. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.
Responsibilities
For ARIA Dental Education
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and excellent English communication.
- Respond to basic inquiries and escalate complex questions as needed.
- Manage and direct sales leads to the appropriate team members.
- Schedule calls and meetings as required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve website content.
- Write engaging and informative blog posts to boost website engagement.
- Assist in creating content for marketing campaigns.
For ARIA Dental Studio
- Begin scheduling appointments at least one month before the clinic's opening in May (or earlier, depending on website readiness).
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate booking records.
- Develop website content, including blogs, informational pages, and promotional materials.
- Create graphics and videos to boost online engagement.
General Responsibilities:
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the manager to ensure cohesive operations across departments.
- Customer Service: Deliver gold-standard service, reflecting the premium nature of our businesses.
- Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to juggle multiple tasks across different business units while maintaining high standards.
Experience
- Excellent English Proficiency – Strong spoken and written communication, able to engage effectively with Australian clients.
- Marketing Skills – Knowledge of or willingness to learn SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
- Technical Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic website management (content upload, SEO).
- Design & Editing – Experience with Canva for marketing materials; video editing is a plus.
- Customer Service – Prior experience in virtual customer support.
- Adaptability – Quick learner, comfortable with new tools and systems.
- Organization – Strong time management and multitasking skills across multiple businesses.
