**Job Description **
Be the CEO’s right hand in a data-driven, AI-enabled real estate investment company. You’ll streamline executive operations and keep our AI + asset management initiatives moving on time and on target.
**Job Responsibilities **
• Experiencing as a virtual assistant and working remotely.
• Researching real estate investment related data, products and services.
• Performing certain basic accounting activities.
• Own asset-management operations: update occupancy, NOI, and CapEx trackers;
• Filing and organizing corporate records, documents and reports.
• Using various software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and task management tools.
• Helping prepare for meetings and events.
• Making travel arrangements for executives.
• Cooperating with team members across the company.
• Resolve issues and trouble shooting a variety of situations.
• Provide other general administrative support.
**Job Requirements **
• Bachelor’s degree from a top Philippine university
• Early career professional with 0-3 years working experience
• Working time is US Central Time
• Strong communication skills in English
• Independent, proactive and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
