At AgencyCRM.com, we are building a high-performing team that drives results through organized and efficient operations. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and help streamline daily workflows.

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar with accuracy and proactive planning
  • Take clear, organized notes during meetings, calls, and voice memos
  • Organize ideas, brainstorms, and action items into structured and trackable formats
  • Ensure daily schedules and priorities run smoothly and efficiently
  • Communicate clearly and professionally on behalf of the CEO with internal team members
  • Create and maintain systems that bring clarity to fast-moving discussions and decisions
  • Act as a support bridge between leadership ideas and team execution
  • Record and document key discussions for reference and follow-up
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Calm, confident, and professional in a remote work environment
  • Comfortable turning unstructured voice notes or ideas into clear action steps
  • Enjoys using planners, notebooks, or visual organization tools
  • Prior experience supporting executives or leadership teams is a plus but not required
