- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar with accuracy and proactive planning
- Take clear, organized notes during meetings, calls, and voice memos
- Organize ideas, brainstorms, and action items into structured and trackable formats
- Ensure daily schedules and priorities run smoothly and efficiently
- Communicate clearly and professionally on behalf of the CEO with internal team members
- Create and maintain systems that bring clarity to fast-moving discussions and decisions
- Act as a support bridge between leadership ideas and team execution
- Record and document key discussions for reference and follow-up
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Calm, confident, and professional in a remote work environment
- Comfortable turning unstructured voice notes or ideas into clear action steps
- Enjoys using planners, notebooks, or visual organization tools
- Prior experience supporting executives or leadership teams is a plus but not required
