Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex CEO calendaring, prioritization, and meeting cadence across time zones
- Draft executive communications, board materials, and high-polish presentations
- Plan and manage domestic/international travel and virtual events with end-to-end logistics
- Facilitate meetings (agendas, notes, actions) and drive follow-through to closure
- Gatekeep inbox and communications; ensure timely, clear responses on the CEO’s behalf
- Create lightweight SOPs and tooling to scale the Office of the CEO (e.g., Asana/Notion)
Requirements
- 5+ years supporting a CEO or C-suite executive in a fast-paced setting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; executive presence
- Expertise with Google Workspace/Microsoft 365; proficiency with Slack and Zoom
- Highly organized self-starter with sound judgment and discretion
- Flexibility for occasional early/late meetings across U.S. time zones
