We are seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven professional to join our team as an ESG Sales and Service Advisor. The successful candidate will lead business development and sales initiatives while advising clients on transformative and sustainable practices across sectors.
- Execute innovative sales techniques to drive business growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Monitor KPIs and implement adjustments to improve performance.
- Drive client acquisition through strategic outreach, partnerships, networking, and referrals.
- Deliver consultative selling approaches that align client goals with social, environmental, and ethical impact.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions.
- Enhance supply chain due diligence and risk management
- Establish, review and help organizations in implementing sustainability strategies
- Cover social, environmental and governance needs through e.g. evaluations and reporting
- Support and / or manage ESG/sustainability programs for organizations
- Enable our clients to manage responsible business topics independently
- Generate positive impact and measurable improvement through every project with focus on ROI
- Carbon-neutral project delivery through remote work
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5+ years in consulting and professional services B2B ESG sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, or related fields.
- Deep understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance), sustainability / responsible business topics, or socio-economic development frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills in English.
- Proven end-to-end sales expertise, including research, qualifying through outbound calls, team selling/engagement, and documented ability in meeting/exceeding sales goals.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills, creative (ability to think outside the box), goal-oriented, self-starter, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial approach to business.
- Experience with Google Suite, CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho), and outbound outreach tools.
