Responsibilities:
- Lead ERP implementation and complex system integration engagements
- Work directly with enterprise clients and stakeholders
- Analyze system requirements and translate into scalable configurations
- Support API integration and data migration projects
- Provide post-implementation optimization and advisory support
Requirements:
- 5+ years ERP consulting experience
- Experience with payroll or recruitment platforms preferred
- Strong system integration and process design knowledge
- Client-facing communication and advisory skills
- Understanding of compliance-driven business environments
