Entry-Level Virtual Assistant (Admin, Project Management, Social Media hourly

Their duties may include:

  1. Administrative tasks:
  • Managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
  • Data entry and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Handling basic customer inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
  1. Project management support:
  • Assisting with project coordination, including setting up meetings, tracking deadlines, and updating project status reports.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Helping to streamline project workflows and processes.
  1. Social media management:
  • Creating and scheduling social media posts across various platforms.
  • Monitoring social media channels for engagement and responding to comments or messages.
  • Conducting basic social media analytics and reporting on performance metrics.

Given the schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for two to three hours each day, the virtual assistant would need to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage their time effectively to accomplish the required duties within the allotted hours. This schedule provides flexibility while still allowing for regular support and assistance to be provided to the employer or team.
