Entry-Level Digital Marketing Associate (includes training) hourly

We are seeking a versatile and eager Marketing Associate to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of marketing principles and a strong desire to expand their knowledge and skills in various areas of marketing.

Our goal is to find a couple of marketers who's skills compliment each other. So, one person might be more SEO heavy, while the other is more graphic design savvy, for instance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize website content for improved performance.
• Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
• Assist with content creation, potentially including blog posts, social media posts, and/or email campaigns.
• Planning & measurement.
• Generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Strong desire to learn and grow in marketing abilities.
• Self-motivated and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communicate & collaborate on objectives with the team.
• Learn & manage processes to achieve goals on time.
• Enthusiasm for creativity and innovation in marketing strategies.
• Excellent usage of Google Office.

Preferred:

• Prior experience or knowledge in marketing.
• An eye for graphic design, preferably experience in graphic design.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, RankMath, etc.
• Familiarity with web and graphic design tools.
• Proficiency in Analytics tools.
• Understand the buyer’s perspective (target market).
• Understand the selling process.

WE DO TRAINING! You will be getting additional training in areas that make sense for your position and growing your skillsets. So, if there are things in the "Preferred" category that you don't possess, it's still worth having the conversation.

This position WILL be filled by someone in the Philippines, ALL OTHER APPLICANTS WILL ALMOST CERTAINLY BE IGNORED. The rest of my team is in the Philippines and I have no interest in deviating from that.
